Rental Policies

Clear, fair terms — written the way we serve: personally and transparently. The essentials are below; your concierge confirms every figure in writing with your quote before anything is booked.

01 — Eligibility

Who can rent

Renters must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver's license and a major credit card in their own name. International visitors are welcome — please bring your passport and an International Driving Permit alongside your home-country license. Younger drivers may be accommodated on select vehicles at our discretion; ask your concierge.

02 — Reservations & Vehicle Holds

How a booking is secured

Submitting a request is the first step — it is not an instant charge. A concierge confirms availability, finalises your quote, and arranges payment and delivery before anything is booked.

When you ask us to reserve and hold a specific vehicle, that car is taken off the market for your dates and other enquiries are declined. A reservation is only confirmed once your reservation deposit is received and your concierge confirms it in writing. If a deposit is sent in instalments, the booking is fully secured only once the agreed amount has cleared in full.

03 — Deposits

Two deposits, two purposes

Reservation deposit. Taken to confirm your booking and hold a specific vehicle for your dates. On rare models and during high-demand periods this deposit holds the car exclusively for you and is non-refundable if you cancel (see Cancellation below).

Refundable security deposit. A separate amount held against incidental damage for the duration of the rental. It is released in full upon the car's safe return. The figure depends on the vehicle and is confirmed with your quote.

04 — Cancellation

Cancellation & changes

Because holding a vehicle means turning other clients away, the reservation deposit is non-refundable once a vehicle has been held for you. Outside of peak periods we will always try to be reasonable — rebooking to new dates or applying your deposit as a future credit where the vehicle can be re-let.

During high-demand periods such as the FIFA World Cup 2026, holiday weekends and major events, all reservations are final and non-refundable, as rare vehicles reserved for one guest cannot be re-let at short notice. The refundable security (damage) deposit is, of course, always returned. Your specific terms are confirmed in writing with your quote at the time of booking.

05 — Delivery & Collection

Door-to-door service

Complimentary delivery is included throughout central Los Angeles on qualifying rentals — to hotels, residences and the airports we serve (LAX, Van Nuys, Hollywood Burbank and John Wayne). One-way and airport drop-off arrangements are available subject to vehicle and schedule. Your concierge confirms exact timing and any distance considerations with your quote.

06 — Mileage & Fuel

Mileage and fuel

Each rental includes a generous daily mileage allowance appropriate to the vehicle. Additional miles are available at a clear per-mile rate disclosed upfront — no surprises. Vehicles are delivered fully fueled or charged and should be returned the same; otherwise a refueling charge applies.

07 — Care of the Vehicle

Care, conduct & insurance

Our cars are immaculately maintained and entrusted to you in concours condition. The vehicle may be driven only by approved drivers named on the agreement, must remain within agreed regions, and may not be used for racing, towing, sub-letting or any unlawful purpose. Smoking is not permitted. Renters are responsible for tolls, parking, citations and any damage not covered, and must carry valid insurance as confirmed with your concierge.

08 — Privacy & Discretion

Your privacy

Discretion is part of our service. Personal details shared with us are used solely to arrange and service your rental and are never sold. Every reservation, delivery and conversation is handled with quiet professionalism.
