What belongs in your monthly rental quote?
Ask for one written quote covering the complete rental period. A daily listing price alone does not establish your monthly total.
Dates and total cost
Specify pickup and return dates and times in Los Angeles. Confirm the rental charge, taxes, delivery or collection fees and any other agreed charges before paying.
Mileage and insurance
Describe your expected driving and any trips outside Los Angeles. Confirm the total mileage allowance, extra-mile charge, approved driving area and required insurance for the full rental period.
Deposits and changes

Before you leave for Los Angeles

- Agree on the handover. For LAX or hotel delivery, provide your flight details and address. Confirm the meeting point, local time, delivery charges and return arrangements. Tell the team if your flight or accommodation changes.
- Secure your booking. An enquiry does not reserve a vehicle. Under BLU’s published policy, the booking is secured when the agreed reservation deposit has been received and the team confirms it in writing.
