Yes. Two amounts may apply, and they are different in nature. First, a reservation deposit is taken to confirm your booking and secure a specific vehicle for your dates; on rare models and during high-demand periods this deposit holds the car exclusively for you and is non-refundable if you cancel (see our cancellation policy below). Second, a separate refundable security deposit is held on your credit card for the duration of the rental against incidental damage, and is released in full upon the car's safe return. Your concierge confirms both figures in writing with your quote before anything is booked.

Each rental includes a generous daily mileage allowance appropriate to the vehicle. Additional miles are available at a clear per-mile rate disclosed upfront — no surprises. For longer journeys or coastal drives, just let us know and we'll structure the rental accordingly.

Absolutely. Professional, discreet chauffeurs are available on request for evenings, events, or whenever you'd simply prefer to be driven. Add it to your reservation or mention it to your concierge.

Enquire as early as possible for rare models, holidays and major events. Send your pickup and return dates; your concierge will confirm availability and the steps needed to secure your booking. Advance notice alone does not confirm a reservation.

Submitting a reservation request is the first step — it is not an instant charge. A concierge confirms availability, finalises your quote, and arranges payment and delivery before anything is booked. We accept major credit cards.

When you ask us to reserve and hold a specific vehicle, we take that commitment seriously and stop offering that car to other clients for your dates. For this reason the reservation deposit is non-refundable once a vehicle has been held for you. Outside of peak periods we will always try to be reasonable — rebooking to new dates or applying your deposit as a future credit where the vehicle can be re-let. During high-demand periods such as holiday weekends and major events, all reservations are final and non-refundable, as rare vehicles reserved for one guest cannot be re-let at short notice. Your specific terms are confirmed in writing with your quote at the time of booking.

A reservation is confirmed and the vehicle is held exclusively for you once your reservation deposit is received and your concierge confirms it in writing. From that moment the car is taken off the market for your dates and other enquiries are declined. If a deposit is sent in instalments, the booking is only fully secured once the agreed amount has cleared in full.

Contact your concierge as early as possible. The refundable damage portion of any deposit is always returned. The reservation deposit that held your vehicle is governed by the cancellation policy above — non-refundable once the car has been held for you, with rebooking or future-credit options offered at our discretion outside peak periods. We genuinely want to keep you as a long-term client and will be as accommodating as the season and the specific vehicle allow.
