How an LAX arrival with BLU works
- Send your flight and your car. Share your flight number, the Los Angeles arrival date and time, the model you would like, and the number of passengers and bags. Long-haul flights can land on a different calendar day from the one you left, so give the local Los Angeles date.
- Receive your written quote and handover plan. BLU confirms availability and the total cost, including taxes and any delivery and collection charges, included mileage, insurance requirements and deposit, together with the meeting point and a contact number.
- Clear arrivals, then meet BLU as agreed. Allow time for immigration, customs and baggage. Keep your phone on after landing, and message BLU if your flight is delayed so the team can confirm a revised time.

Documents to bring
Drivers must be at least 25, with a valid licence and a major credit card in their own name. International visitors should also bring their passport and an International Driving Permit alongside their home-country licence. The California DMV allows visitors aged 18 and over to drive with a valid licence from their home country. Younger drivers may be accommodated on select vehicles; ask the team. Returning the car before your flight
Return the car at your hotel or residence, at our showroom, or at LAX by arrangement. Agree the return place, time and any collection charge in your quote, and plan the car return separately from your flight departure time.
Flying through Van Nuys (VNY), Hollywood Burbank (BUR) or John Wayne (SNA) instead? Delivery can be arranged to these airports too; ask the team to confirm the arrangements and any charge.
