From itinerary to a confirmed car

Share the trip

Send your agency name, preferred contact, rental dates, car preference, number of travelers and luggage needs. Include the arrival time and requested delivery location when known.

Review the exact vehicle and quote

BLU confirms the available car for those dates and the proposed rental terms. Ask for the total price, taxes, delivery charges, mileage allowance, deposit and insurance requirements in writing.

Agree the booking and handover

Confirm who will drive, who will pay and who should receive updates. Complete BLU’s required documents and booking steps, then obtain written confirmation before promising the car to your client.

Details that make an agency quote useful

The traveler

Driver’s age, country of licence issue, party size and luggage needs. BLU will confirm the documents required for the booking.

The itinerary

Pickup and return dates and times, delivery address, flight arrival details and planned length of stay.

The car

A specific vehicle link, preferred model or acceptable alternatives. Similar fleet listings can represent separate physical cars.

Your working arrangement

Your agency contact and whether you are referring a client or coordinating the booking. Ask BLU about any applicable agency pricing or partnership terms.

Agency pricing, commissions, credit arrangements and other partnership terms must be agreed directly with BLU. An enquiry does not reserve a car or create an agency agreement.

Plan the arrival and the full stay

Discuss delivery to LAX, a Los Angeles hotel or a residence, including the meeting point, timing and any fee. For a longer stay, request one quote for the full rental period and review mileage, extensions and return arrangements.

Questions from travel agencies

Can we enquire before our client books a flight?

Yes. Send provisional dates and say that the itinerary is not final. BLU can discuss suitable cars, but availability and the final quote must be reconfirmed when the trip dates are set.

Can the client speak with BLU in Arabic?

Do you offer a fixed travel-agent discount or commission?

Ask BLU for a proposal for your booking or partnership. This page does not promise a fixed discount, commission, credit facility or minimum volume. Any arrangement needs written agreement.

Does a quote mean the car is booked?

No. Availability, payment, driver eligibility, insurance and cancellation terms need to be confirmed. Follow BLU’s booking requirements and obtain written confirmation before treating the reservation as complete.
