Rental Requirements
- All renters must present a valid driver’s license and a major credit card in the renter’s name at the time of pickup. Expired licenses will not be accepted.
- All drivers must be listed on the rental agreement and meet eligibility requirements.
- Renters under the age of 21 must provide proof of full-coverage insurance prior to rental.
- International renters must present a valid driver’s license and passport.
- Rentals are based on a 24-hour period, with a 1-hour grace period before additional charges apply.
- Vehicles may not leave the state of California without prior written authorization from BLU MOTORS.
- Vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering Mexico.
- Use of vehicles on race tracks, off-road conditions, or for racing purposes is strictly prohibited.
Payment Methods

Credit cards are required for all rentals.

Cash and checks are not accepted at the start of the rental, but may be used for final payment upon return (subject to approval).
- Debit cards may be accepted only for select vehicle classes and require:
- A minimum $500 authorization hold
- Proof of residency (e.g., utility bill)
- Valid driver’s license matching the renter

Debit cards are not accepted for SUV, luxury, or exotic vehicle rentals.
Cancellations & Reservations
- All reservations will be confirmed via email or phone with full booking details.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Failure to cancel within this window will result in a charge equal to one full day’s rental rate.
